Bryan Adams donates to and visits Covenant House Vancouver

Covenant House was honoured with a visit from Canadian Rock Icon, Bryan Adams. Bryan took some time prior to his sold out show at Rogers Arena to have a tour of Covenant House to see first-hand the impact his donation will make.   Earlier this month, the Bryan Adams Foundation made a donation to fund our 54 bed Crisis Shelter for a full day and Bryan wanted to visit our shelter in person.  Bryan said that he cares about our work and the young people we assist every day.

The Bryan Adams Foundation derives its funds through the work Bryan Adams does photographing some of the world’s most well known and influential people. While she was alive, Bryan photographed Amy Winehouse frequently. During our tour Bryan said that he likes to support organizations like Covenant House that helps people with addictions, believing that perhaps if Amy had been more open about receiving help, she might be alive today.
