Charitable Remainder Trusts

Charitable remainder trusts are a formal irrevocable trust created to provide you with an income from selected assets for life. You will receive an income tax receipt based on the market value, your age and the current interest rates. At your death these assets will pass to Covenant House Vancouver.

Residual Interest gifts:

Are gifts of property such as art or real estate that allow you to retain the property for your lifetime before passing to your chosen charity in this case Covenant House Vancouver.

RRSP's & RRIF's

It is possible to name Covenant House Vancouver as the beneficiary of your RRSP or RRIF. This will result in tax savings for your estate.
