Get organized
- Order stickers by using the Casual Day Order Form
- Recruit floor/department reps in your company to sell Casual Day stickers for November 30th.
- Get support from Senior Management
- Ask about your company matching the funds raised
Build awareness
- Put up Casual Day posters (and order more if you need them)
- Send out company wide emails to staff
- Include information about Casual Day in company newsletters
- Make announcements at Company meetings
- Arrange to show the Covenant House video before November 30th (see order form)
Raise funds and have fun!
- Mark the day with a celebration in the office
- Arrange for a prize draw for employees that participate
- Have different floors or departments challenge each other
Remit funds
- Complete Casual Day remittance form
- Include number of stickers ordered, sold and unsold
- Send cheque to Covenant House Vancouver no later than December 21st, 2007
Invite Covenant House in to say “thanks”
- Invite a Covenant House speaker into your company to say thank you to your employees and to explain how the money raised helps at-risk and homeless youth.
