Immortalize yourself in a mural
A fabulous opportunity to support Covenant House and be immortalized has presented itself. For just $100, artist Teresa Waclawick will paint a likeness of you as part of a large mural she is painting on a wall at Cambie and 18 th in Vancouver. (City of Vancouver approved). Widely known for her murals, Teresa also paints cards, banners, and was one of the “Orcas in the City” artists.
Those looking for artistic immortality will sit for 10 minutes to have their caricature done, then Teresa will take a copy to reference when she paints the mural. Participants will receive the caricature, a tax receipt for $50, and a photo of the completed mural.
