Covenant House Vancouver

In November 2000, Covenant House Vancouver began to develop a Youth Participation Strategy (YPS) to provide homeless and street-involved youth with both the skills and the opportunities to give input about CHV programs and to have a voice about community issues affecting them directly. This strategy has changed how youth voice is valued within the agency through several initiatives intended to enrich the agency experience for both youth and staff.
