Covenant House Vancouver

Youth In Care Networks exist all over Canada and can be found around the world. Primarily, these Networks are run by and for youth ages 14 - 24 in and from child welfare care. Based on a youth empowerment theme, The Vancouver Youth In Care Network was started at CHV in March 2002. Discussions revolve mainly around the child welfare system, care placements and vocational opportunities specific to youth in care. Unique to any other network, the VYICN chooses to express and share their views with the community through artistic or recreational projects such photography, writing, art, and fun community events.
