When yes means yes and no means no and everything in between

Last Friday we posted an article on our blog, “The double edged sword of social media”, which explored how social media is being used to expose horrific events such as the (alleged) gang rape of a young girl in Pitt Meadows. The Tyee recently published an article that references that assault and discusses the importance of teaching teens about consent.
Waking up after the Pitt Meadows Nightmare” provides valuable advice on how parents can have frank discussions with their teens, both male and female, about what consent means with regards to sex.

This is a tough topic but an important one to discuss in order to keep our young people safe. What do you think?
