Please vote for the Vancouver Street Soccer League – to help them win $10,000!

The president of the Vancouver Street Soccer League, Alan Bates, has been nominated for the MLS Community MVP project. Based on public voting Alan and the Vancouver Street Soccer League have a chance to win $10,000! Many of our young people participate in the VSSL and are hoping you will vote for this great program!

Here is a message from Alan:

“Hi Street Soccer fans,

With only five days left, we’re in 3rd-place (out of 19!) in the MLS WORKS voting to get $10,000 for Vancouver Street Soccer: http://www.mlssoccer.com/mlsworks/community-mvp/vote

You can vote for us and the Whitecaps an unlimited number of times, so the way we’ve made our way to the top three is by creating a legion of repeat voters. We need you to join our ranks! Voting over and over goes well with watching TV or doing other relatively relaxing tasks. Consider the time you spend as volunteering for us for 15 minutes, or 30 minutes, or an hour, or as long as you can afford each day until the 14th. Our players and volunteers have been voting non-stop for days and we need your help to push us to the top.

If you need inspiration, check out the videos from Paris here: http://portlandfc.ca/news-and-media/

Thanks very much for your ongoing support!

Alan”
