Recently at a Rights of Passage Community Dinner our young people created an amazing Asian themed dinner. The youth made everything seen from start to finish and they even did all the grocery shopping. The feast included miso soup, udon noodle soup and handmade sushi rolls.
A lot of work went into preparing the meal and the youth did amazing job. The youth and staff all agreed the results were delicious!
