Our Youth Learn Traditional Korean Cooking Methods

Recently a Life Skills Worker helped facilitate a really cool cooking exercise with some of our ROP youth. A young person had the opportunity to educated their peers and staff about Korean cooking traditions. The youth took the lead in a cooking demonstration to practice their leadership, teaching and cooking skills. The group made Korean kimchi rice balls and egg rolls; everyone involved had a great time and enjoyed eating their creations. YUM!
