On October 3rd, Covenant House Vancouver participated in the Ride for Refuge, a non-competitive bicycling fundraiser. Our teams The Wheel Deal, Covenant House Hubsters, Teamhottub2 and the Tour de Farce surpassed our goal of $8,000 by raising $8,293! The overall goal for the Vancouver race was $200,000 and it has already reached $245,271.29.
Thanks to all the riders, supporters and donors for making the Ride for Refuge a huge success. It was a record breaking ride, so mark your calendars for next year – October 1st, 2016!
