Our Drop-In Centre hosts a girls night once a month and the recent night was Easter themed. The girls had fun getting creative with chocolate and their awesome chocolate designs looked and tasted great. They made chocolate bark, handcrafted salted peanut butter and caramel chocolates and dipped marshmallows. There was a couple of different moulds including Lego men and mermaids.
It was messy fun and it was a great for the girls to indulge and treat themselves. The girls enjoyed making gift bags, filling them with treats and some were saying that they would use these as Easter gifts.
Our young women had a fantastic time and they learned food hygiene and baking skills while they were at it.
