Help for At-risk and Homeless Youth

We are here to help youth ages 16-24 that are homeless, at risk of being homeless or just need some extra support in an inclusive and non-judgmental space. Our services are all free and you can self-refer (you don’t need a social worker or parent to refer you). If you need help call us at 604-685-7474 or toll-free at 1-877-685-7474. Rights of Passage (ROP) is a long-term housing program where you can live up until you are 25 while receiving additional support.

The first step to applying to the ROP Program is to attend an in-person Orientation Session.  You will be given information about the program, how to apply, and have an opportunity to see the space.

To set up an Orientation Session, or if you are interested in more information about Rights of Passage, please call (604) 900-1184 and leave a message. You can also email us at
