We have a department dedicated to collecting data and information from our programs to improve our service delivery and gain a deeper understanding of who we are serving. They use do this by employing best practices in data management and utilizing data science and advanced analytics. The team also supports the organization in implementing the use of AI.

This allows us to:

  • Make informed future decisions
  • Ensure our work is having an impact on the youth we are serving
  • Track trends, see changes, and respond to issues arising ahead of time
  • Share necessary information with key partners and health authorities
