Whole Person Wellness

Every young person’s experience and life is unique. That’s why we use a one-size-fits-one approach, tailored to the specific needs of each individual youth. This ensures that the right supports are made available at the right time for youth, based on their journey.

We offer a continuum of programs and services that incorporate evidence-based practices to ensure that we care for the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. Youth can enter the continuum at any point based around their needs. We offer very low-barrier programs and programs that require youth to be more independent. We work with youth individually to develop a case plan that is tailored to their specific needs and goals.

Our aim is to enable youth, age 16–24, to successfully transition out of homelessness and prevent its reoccurrence. The young people who are at risk of, or who are experiencing, homelessness, or those who have experienced human trafficking, have complex needs. Complex care is a person-centred approach that addresses the needs of people whose overlapping mental health, substance use, trauma, medical health, and other challenges require coordinated and specialized support.
