Our City Tonight had a lot of fun at the White Spot Restaurants “BUY BC” Black Box media cooking competition this summer.
Our City Tonight competed at the White Spots Red Seal training facility against other folks all for charity. Our City Tonight created a beautiful salad, salmon and pasta featuring fresh local ingredients. Their delicious dish was the winner of the competition and they chose to donate the $5000.00 prize to Covenant House Vancouver.
