Hockey Helps the Homeless donates $50,000 to Rights of Passage and our Female Crisis Programs

Covenant House Vancouver would like to thank Patrick Robinson and Hockey Helps the Homeless for supporting youth in our Rights of Passage and our Female Crisis Programs through their generous donation of $50,000.

Hockey Helps the Homeless leverages Canada’s affinity for hockey to raise awareness and financial support for the homeless by hosting Pro-Am and Collegiate hockey tournaments across Canada where players raise funds that make a direct impact in their own community. During the most recent tournament in Vancouver, Henrik and Daniel Sedin brought some star appeal to the event as well as other Canucks alumni like Thomas Gradin!

Thank you to Hockey Helps the Homeless for organizing these amazing tournaments across the country, which raise awareness and funds for charities like Covenant House Vancouver.
