We are honored to announce that MarLou Innes celebrated her 20th year of volunteering with Covenant House Vancouver, this past December.
It was a personal connection that brought MarLou to Covenant House back in December of 2001. MarLou’s family member had left home at a young age and knowing the odds of her accessing Covenant House or another agency in the downtown area prompted MarLou to give back.
And give back she has. For two decades, MarLou has supported our Development and Communication team with various administrative tasks, on Wednesday mornings. MarLou has brought not only her hard work and dedication to our team, but also her fun and playful personality.
Over the years, MarLou has had a front row seat to all the growth and changes that Covenant House has gone through, and we cannot be more excited to welcome her into our new building.
MarLou, thank you so very much for all your support and dedication over the last 20 years!
