Covenant House Vancouver has been fortunate enough to work with the Vancouver Whitecaps to raise funds through their 50/50 draws.
The 50/50 draw crew who work the games are mainly comprised of our amazing volunteers. Takeda Canada, who believes in giving back to the community, contacted us and inquired as to how they could get involved.
On September 14th, a crew of eight volunteers from Takeda Canada arrived at the Vancouver Whitecaps game ready to sell tickets. They helped us raise $22,300!
In addition to volunteering, Takeda Canada made a generous donation of $5,000 to CHV!
