The Local Space is a women owned and operated shop that only carries Canadian brands. The Local Space offers the community the option of supporting local families by shopping from over 100+ local brands. They have stores in Langley, Chilliwack, and South Surrey, as well as online.
The owner, Megan, is always stepping up to support the community in any way that she can. This is the third year that The Local Space has supported the youth that we serve during the holiday season, with boxes that are filled with local goodies.
This year has been challenging for local businesses, but Megan continues to prioritize the community. This year, the focus was on creating meaningful (and fun) boxes for young people living in our Rights of Passage program. The boxes included everything to set them up for a successful 2023 — new day planners, self-care items, and treats!
